Is now a good time to sell in Brunner Farm? The standard answer is, it depends. If all you see is an upward trajectory, you may decide to wait and hope it continues. Of course, the other side of this is the little downtick between May 2019 to today. This may be a very small sampling but it very well could be the start of something else. In my view, the stats and trends don’t lie but in many cases, they don’t tell the whole truth, either. The bottom line is if you need to sell, sell. If you don’t, don’t.
