August 2019- Days On Market in Brunner Farm Neighborhood
August into September is typically a pretty interesting study into market conditions. Historically, there is a lag in the market, mostly because of families getting their kids back into school mode. Brunner Farm is no different. Let's take a look at where we are at...
Neighborhood Description
Brunner Farm is truly a unique and charming neighborhood with amazing tree-lined streets and old world style homes. It is part of the Weld 4 (WE4) School District. It is located within a couple minutes of downtown Windsor, Windsor Lake and all of the shopping, dining and services in Windsor.
The housing options are limited to single family homes only but with a variety of floor plans and sizes, from ranch homes to larger 2 stories. All of the home plans have front porches and most have higher pitched roofs. The color palet of the homes is anything but standard. If you enjoy multi-colored anything but typical color choices, it should be a very strong neighborhood for you to consider.
The neighborhood is simply beautiful. If the character of the homes don’t get you, the landscaping will. I don’t think you can drive down the main drag within there on a pleasant, fair weather day and not have a smile on your face. It’s stunning! The canal system and trails can be directly accessed just outside of the neighborhood. It’s quick and easy to for a walk, run or bicycle ride.
If Windsor is the right community to live in, Brunner Farm needs to be on your list of neighborhoods to check out.
