Water Valley used to be out in the proverbial boonies but not today. Today, is it much closer than you think. 10 minutes to Centerra, 5 minutes to the Budweiser Events Center, 10-15 minutes to Greeley and so on.
The Golf Course
We could have included this with the recreation tab to the right but no, golf here in Water Valley needs to stand alone. It’s not just a golf community but a golf course that is one of the most beautiful courses in the area.
Recreation
Quite possibly the most recreation friendly community in Northern Colorado. Not just vast walking trails but boating, fishing and golf are available as well.

It is located within a couple minutes of downtown Windsor, Windsor Lake and all of the shopping, dining and services in Windsor.
