Top 3: Reasons to live here

It's Newer

If you want a neighborhood that’s still in it’s new or growing up phase, Winter Farm may be for you. The neighborhood is almost fully built-out with only a few buildable lots left so the construction activity has slowed down tremendously.

Location

If you choose to make Winter Farm your home, you get all of the conveniences of Windsor but avoid a lot of the hustle & bustle of a bigger city. It’s very peaceful and quiet compared to many more close-in neighborhoods. You can be in Loveland or Fort Collins in about 10-15 minutes. The designated middle and high schools are very new and offer state of the art learning environments.

Access to Downtown Windsor & Windsor Lake

The neighborhood is within walking distance to both Windsor Lake and if you take the trails around the lake, you’ll be in downtown Windsor before you know it. Simply walk over to the Greenspire Neighborhood, access the waking trails around the lake and before you know it, you’ll be enjoying a summer concert or enjoying brunch at The Hearth Restaurant or maybe even the new Windsor Mill Tavern.
