Thus, a balanced market grade would seem appropriate. Expect fewer sales and even less inventory in the coming months. We expect re-sales to be attractive to buyers as they have a lower price point (compared to competing new construction [i.e. window coverings, landscaping, etc] in the immediate area) and no major expense output (except purchase costs).
