I met Doug through a referral from my sister. Doug has been doing real estate for my parents, sister and niece. Our family had some complicated real estate issues that Doug handled beautifully. He has a gift for attention to detail and his follow up was spot on. Then, I decided to move from Castle Rock to Severance. I wanted one real estate person for the selling and purchasing of both homes. He got me a great price on both homes, and through out the process, sent emails of the construction of the new home, brokered on my behalf to protect my interests. Two years later, I am selling this home and of course Doug is my choice. He gave me great advice on listing, showing, and spent time discussing all my options so that I could make the best possible decision. There was not one hiccup in the process. I think this is because he was on top of the buyers real estate agent and he proactively anticipated issues I could expect to encounter. I love having zero surprises.
