For the course of the last number of years, I have utilized Doug to buy, sell and rent. He has done an excellent job in all respects. So much so that I refer him to anyone who asks for my thoughts. This includes my parents when they moved to the area in 2010. He is a consumate professional and is the only realtor I know that I can recommend to anyone who might ask. I have used other realtors in the past and typically walked away from the deal unsatisfied with how matters were handled. The only caveat I give is that Doug works hard and seeks to set realistic expectations. If you are looking for someone who is lazy or unrealistic, then Doug is not your guy.
